KBS: Our Classification System

Our staff uses a different classification system based on a hierarchical knowledge system. Our system is a mix between UDC, DDC, and SAB.

MDS Spectrum

The MDS Spectrum represents a library based on the distribution of books within MDS classes. Each color represents a set of books within a top-level category. MDS, The Melville Decimal System, is a free version of OCLC’s Dewey Decimal System.
